Tom Roseberry

Tom Roseberry is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Olio Labs, a healthcare technology company based in Palo Alto, California. He has accumulated over 15 years of engineering leadership experience across the aerospace, synthetic biology, and pharmaceutical drug development sectors. Previously, Roseberry served as a Group Co-Lead at Neuralink, where he built and co-directed a next-generation neural interface engineering group. He also held the position of Vice President of Engineering, Computational Biology, and Drug Development at Loyal, managing multiple specialized technical and engineering teams. In his current capacity at Olio Labs, an early-stage startup with approximately five employees from the Summer 2023 cohort, he oversees technical execution, process improvement, and operational scaling. His comprehensive professional background primarily centers on advancing complex technologies in computational biology, brain-machine interfacing, and modern pharmaceutical drug discovery.
