Tom Moss is a Partner at Accel based in London, UK, where he leads seed and Series A investments across the European technology ecosystem. Before joining the firm in January 2023, he served as a General Partner at Seedcamp, directing capital into more than 50 startups following his earlier tenure at Atlas Venture and his own experience as a technology founder. Throughout his venture capital career, Moss has executed over 70 total investments, backing notable enterprise and financial technology companies including Revolut, Hopin, and Synthesia. The University of Cambridge alumnus remains highly active in the regional market, recently leading Accel's $20 million Series A investment in a European artificial intelligence startup in March 2025. Moss currently focuses his capital deployment and board advisory efforts on founders building enterprise software, artificial intelligence, developer tools, and B2B SaaS platforms.
