Tom Holahan

Tom Holahan is a General Partner at York IE and the Co-Founder of Tremont, based in Boston, Massachusetts. Before assuming his current roles, he served as a Partner at OpenView Venture Partners, where he focused on expansion-stage software investments, and worked as a Senior Associate at General Catalyst. During his tenure at OpenView, Holahan directed capital into more than seven startups, including recognizable technology firms like Axonius, Buildkite, and Kolide, which was later acquired by 1Password. He also joined the board of directors at Chargeflow following OpenView's $14 million lead investment in August 2023. His earlier professional background includes business development at Datadog and growth equity at Symmetric Capital, following his graduation with a degree in Political Science from Amherst College. Today, his primary focus remains on funding capital-efficient, early growth-stage B2B SaaS, infrastructure, and security companies.
