Tom Frederick

Currently based in Odessa, Florida, United States, Tom Frederick is a multi-exit entrepreneur, a principal and board member of Hooters of America, and an active investor at TampaBay.Ventures. The University of Florida graduate previously served as the founder and chief executive officer of Zeno Office Solutions, an enterprise that was successfully acquired by Xerox in 2013. He subsequently founded Zeno Imaging, another independent company that was ultimately purchased by Visual Edge in 2018. In May 2021, he co-founded a $20 million seed fund through this venture firm, targeting 20 investments over a five-year period to support early-stage, tech-enabled startups in the Tampa Bay region. Alongside his primary venture capital focus, he remains actively involved with Sun Print Management and maintains a diverse portfolio as a commercial real estate investor across Florida and Texas.
