Tom Flynn

Tom Flynn is a Managing Partner at SV Health Investors based in the Boston area, where he focuses on executing growth capital investments across the healthcare sector. With over two decades of dedicated investment experience, he previously served as a Partner at Ferrer Freeman & Co., a specialized healthcare-focused growth capital firm. Earlier in his career, Flynn held various institutional investing roles at GE Capital and Prudential Investment Corporation. He holds an AB in Economics with honors from Holy Cross College and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. Throughout his career, he has held 14 distinct board seats at healthcare companies, including Aerocare, Maestro Health, Schweiger Dermatology, Jet Health, and Urgent Team. Flynn currently directs his primary investment strategy toward expanding healthcare services, outpatient provider networks, and specialized outsourcing businesses that support clinicians.
