Tom Fleming

Tom Fleming is a Partner and co-founder at Venrex, an early-stage venture capital firm based in the United Kingdom. He established the investment vehicle in 2002 alongside Mark Esiri to provide equity funding for emerging startups and small businesses across the broader European commercial market. Under his leadership, the fund has invested in more than 130 companies, backing notable consumer retail and technology brands such as Just Eat, Charlotte Tilbury, Orlebar Brown, and notonthehighstreet.com. Fleming also directed Venrex's early seed investment in the financial technology platform Revolut, a strategic position that subsequently achieved a valuation exceeding 200 times the initial capital deployed.
