Tom Cervantez

Tom Cervantez is a Venture Partner at Accelerator Ventures and Chairman of Golden Gate Angels, based in San Francisco, California. Prior to his transition into venture capital, he practiced corporate law at Cooley LLP and served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at both Macrovision and Immersion Corporation. As an entrepreneur, Cervantez founded and sold several technology companies, including GeoNet ISP, which was acquired by Level3 Communications. His investment portfolio spans over a decade of early-stage deals, featuring notable exits such as OpenTable and the 2021 initial public offering of On24. He holds dual Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Harvard University, where he later established the Harvard Angels network. Cervantez currently focuses his professional efforts on early-stage technology investments and advising startup founders on equity offerings and corporate mergers.
