Tom Cassels

Tom Cassels is the Managing Director at Manatt Health and is based in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to this role, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rock Health, a digital health strategy and market intelligence business. He previously spent more than 15 years at the Advisory Board Company, where he directed the Health Care Advisory Board research membership and launched the firm's strategy consulting practice. Cassels also worked as the Chief Strategy Officer for an incubated health IT startup at Leidos Health and earned a bachelor's degree in psychology alongside a master's degree in public policy from Georgetown University. With over two decades of experience advising corporate leadership, his current focus centers on digital health innovation, investment advisory services, and guiding venture-backed startups operating within the digital mental health sector.
