Tom Banahan

Tom Banahan is a Partner at Tenaya Capital, a venture capital firm managing approximately $1.5 billion in assets. Since joining in 1999, he has focused on early-growth stage technology investments, typically deploying $5 million to $10 million in Series B and C rounds. Banahan serves as a board director for portfolio companies including Fireblocks, Numerify, and Salt Security. Previously, he spent two decades in operational leadership, serving as Vice President of Business Development at Marimba and Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Spyglass, guiding both software companies through their initial public offerings.
