Todd Pietri

Todd Pietri is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Activate Venture Partners, based in New York City, New York. He originally co-founded the firm as Milestone Venture Partners in 1999, and has since participated in more than 50 equity financings while serving as a director or board observer for over 30 companies. Through Activate, Pietri has contributed to a portfolio that has backed over 100 early-stage companies, generated 45 exits, and fueled 10 initial public offerings, including early investments in Healthify. Before his venture capital career, he served as Co-Head of Technology and Communications Investment Banking at Legacy Securities and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University. Pietri currently focuses on leading seed and early-stage equity investments below $5 million across the digital health, enterprise software, and applied technology sectors.
