Todd Papaioannou

Todd Papaioannou is a technology executive and Management Consultant leading global Generative AI application development at Bain & Company. Over a 25-year career across startups and public companies, he has operated as a three-time entrepreneur with successful exits to Google and the public markets, previously serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Splunk and the Chief Executive Officer of Edgeworx. As an active venture capital investor and advisor, he is an equity partner at Data Collective and holds advisory board positions with BOLDstart Ventures, Vertical Ventures, TigerGraph, and BigID. He earned a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Systems from Loughborough University and frequently publishes research on enterprise AI implementation and synthetic customers. Papaioannou currently focuses his professional efforts on guiding large-scale enterprise software strategies across the cloud computing, machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence sectors.
