Todd Creech

Todd Creech is currently the Executive in Residence and a board member at RadiusXR, having previously served as a Partner at HealthQuest Capital from 2016 to 2023. Throughout his 25-year healthcare career, he has operated as Chief Financial Officer for multiple medtech and biotech firms, raising over $500 million in equity and debt while completing two successful initial public offerings. His tenure includes facilitating over three billion dollars in major exits, highlighted by the multibillion-dollar sale of ZS Pharma to AstraZeneca and the $160 million acquisition of SarCode Biosciences by Shire. He also held financial leadership roles at Femasys and Sirion Therapeutics, overseeing asset sales to Alcon and Bausch & Lomb. Creech holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University, where he previously co-founded the university spinout Centice, and he continues advancing medical devices and specialty pharmaceuticals.
