Tobias Neveling

Tobias Neveling is the Head of Finance at Calm/Storm Ventures and is currently based in Berlin, Germany. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at Venista Ventures, a Cologne-based pre-seed venture capital fund where he directed strategic investments with initial ticket sizes ranging from €50,000 to €150,000. As an entrepreneur, Neveling co-founded delta, a unified API platform for small and medium-sized enterprise data, and Performinc, a software-as-a-service company focused on data analytics and fraud detection within mobile performance marketing. His operational experience extends beyond traditional technology startups, having previously established and successfully managed an independent Amazon FBA e-commerce business. Neveling currently focuses on early-stage venture capital operations and strategy, leveraging his dual background as a technology founder and institutional investor to support the broader European startup ecosystem.
