Tobias Bauer

Tobias Bauer is the Co-Founder and General Partner at TBV, a venture capital firm focused on blockchain and technology investments. Previously, he served as a Partner at Blockchain Founders Fund, where he helped raise a $75 million fund and executed investments across more than 150 early-stage startups. His earlier career includes working on the investment team at SOSV’s Chinaccelerator and organizing career initiatives for the German Government in Thailand. Bauer holds master's degrees in management from the National University of Singapore and Tsinghua University, alongside a bachelor's degree in management and law from the Management Center Innsbruck. He is a frequent industry speaker who has participated in over 300 technology conferences and mentored founders at accelerators like 500 Startups and PlugAndPlay. His current focus centers on venture building and scaling early-stage web3 infrastructure companies across global markets.
