TM Ravi

TM Ravi is the Managing Director and Co-founder of The Hive, a venture studio focused on co-creating and funding AI-powered enterprise startups. Before launching The Hive, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Iron Mountain following its acquisition of Mimosa Systems, where he previously served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. His earlier entrepreneurial ventures include founding Peakstone Corporation and Media Blitz, which was acquired by Cheyenne Software, leading to his role as Vice President of Marketing at Computer Associates. Ravi began his career in product planning at Hewlett-Packard and holds a PhD and MS in computer science from UCLA, alongside a BTech in electrical engineering from IIT Kanpur. Throughout his career, he has been involved with more than 25 startups, maintaining a primary focus on artificial intelligence applications within enterprise software and data management.
