TJ Kline

TJ Kline is the Chief Operating Officer at Tribal Health, where he manages essential day-to-day operations and executes transformative corporate strategies to expand medical access for Native communities. He began his professional career in the technology startup sector during the summer of 2015, joining the growing telemedicine company MeMD after completing his undergraduate accounting studies. Between June 2018 and June 2020, Kline temporarily stepped away from Tribal Health to launch a national behavioral health brand, successfully establishing seven operational facilities within two years. Returning to Tribal Health, he played a vital leadership role in securing the organization's Great Plains contract while emphasizing employee empowerment and advancing technology efficiencies. Kline holds a Master of Business Administration from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bluffton University.
