Tina Moran

Tina Moran is currently a Senior Associate at Flourish Ventures, an investment firm based in Washington, D.C. In this role, she focuses on private sector investments and frontier ecosystem development, with a specific emphasis on regulatory change and expanding access to financial services in underserved markets. Previously, she served as an investment associate at Route 66 Ventures, where she evaluated early-stage financial technology and insurtech investments across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Moran began her professional career in New York as an analyst in the technology, media, and telecommunications investment banking group at Bank of America. She holds a Bachelor of Science in finance with a concentration in alternative investments from Fordham University. Her current focus remains centered on identifying early-stage fintech opportunities and addressing systemic barriers to global financial inclusion.
