Tina Hoang-To

Tina Hoang-To is the Founding General Partner at Kin Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in the Greater Seattle area. She launched the firm in late 2022 and successfully doubled its debut fund target from $50 million to $100 million after receiving strong interest from prominent technology investors. Prior to establishing Kin Ventures, she served as a Partner at Obvious Ventures, where she led emerging growth investments, and as an Executive Vice President at TCV, directing capital into enterprise companies such as Splunk. Her operational experience includes founding and serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Wedding Spot, a marketplace startup that was ultimately acquired by Cvent. Drawing on her background as both an operator and an investor, Hoang-To currently focuses on Series A and B funding rounds across the enterprise software, digital health, and consumer technology sectors.
