Tina He

Tina He is a New York-based investor at Pace Capital, where she focuses on early-stage investments in emerging technologies and new markets. In her current role, she targets Series A funding rounds with check sizes ranging from $3 million to $12 million, collaborating with partners Jordan Cooper and Chris Paik. Prior to rejoining Pace Capital in 2023, she served as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Station Labs, a Web3 infrastructure startup that was acquired by Coinbase in June 2024. Following this acquisition, she led developer tools for Base, building upon her early career experience in venture capital at New Enterprise Associates (NEA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Science from Cornell University. Her current focus centers on identifying pre-consensus investment ideas across artificial intelligence, decentralized networks, and systems of human behavior.
