Tina Bou-Saba

Tina Bou-Saba is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Verity Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. Before launching the firm with Matt Levin in 2021, she began her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and later covered the retail sector as an equity analyst at Sanford Bernstein. She also held a corporate strategy role at Victoria's Secret and served as a Senior Advisor covering retail strategy for Bain Capital. Since 2016, Bou-Saba has actively invested in the consumer sector, backing emerging brands such as Kosas, Olive and June, and Saie, while holding board seats at three companies, including Dae and Arrae. As a graduate of Harvard College and a Baker Scholar at Harvard Business School, she currently focuses her efforts on funding early-stage consumer, beauty, and wellness enterprises.
