Timo Isik is the Co-Founder and Lead Backend Developer at Tiptap, an enterprise software startup based in Berlin, Germany. He brings over ten years of diverse software engineering experience to the organization, specializing primarily in the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of complex backend applications. At Tiptap, Isik directs the technical development of real-time collaboration and cloud services for a rich-text content editing platform utilized by thousands of businesses globally. The company's open-source framework and commercial infrastructure are currently integrated into the product ecosystems of prominent technology organizations, including LinkedIn, GitLab, Axios, and Anthropic. Under his technical leadership, the startup has expanded its operations to a team of approximately 15 employees and successfully participated in the Summer 2023 accelerator cohort.
