Timo Glaser

Timo Glaser is a Berlin, Germany-based Venture Partner at Embedded Capital, where he focuses on early-stage hardware and deeptech investments across the European technology ecosystem. Before joining the investment firm in 2023, he served as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Valley Incubator, guiding early-stage technology enterprises through their initial acceleration phases. In his current capacity, Glaser has participated in more than 20 investments, managing a venture portfolio that includes embedded systems and IoT companies such as Foundries.io and Memfault. He recently expanded this portfolio with a new IoT startup investment in the first quarter of 2025 and discussed hardware investing strategies at TechCrunch Disrupt 2024. Drawing on his academic background in computer science and engineering, Glaser maintains a primary investment focus on industrial technology, artificial intelligence hardware, and complex embedded systems.
