Tim Streit

Tim Streit is the Founder and General Partner of Grand Ventures, a Michigan-based early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to backing overlooked founders in transformative markets. He began his career in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions at JP Morgan in Chicago, where he successfully facilitated over ten billion dollars in corporate transactions. Following this highly impactful role, Streit transitioned to HSBC Card Services to lead the New Products Group and Corporate Ventures. Prior to establishing his current firm, he co-founded Huron River Ventures, raising sixteen million dollars to back more than twenty startups across the agriculture, energy, and transportation sectors. At Grand Ventures, Streit leverages his operational experience to focus on early-stage financial technology and supply chain enterprises, executing nearly thirty deals to provide first institutional checks to emerging portfolio companies like InvestNext, Carputty, and medZERO.
