Tim Katt

Tim Katt is the Founder and Managing Director of TACK Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in the Greater New York City Area. Prior to launching his own investment fund, he co-founded and served as Managing Director of the Global Sports Venture Studio, a collaborative joint venture established in partnership with R/GA and the Los Angeles Dodgers. In this capacity, he facilitated strategic investments and commercial partnerships between emerging sports technology startups and major organizations like Major League Baseball, Fox Sports, and the UEFA Innovation Hub. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Calvin College and previously held leadership roles managing corporate partnerships and digital strategy within the broader sports media sector. Katt currently focuses on deploying capital into seed-stage companies operating at the intersection of sports, media, and consumer technology.
