Tim Johnson

Tim Johnson is a Partner at BroadOak Capital Partners and Chairman of LabConnect, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Before joining BroadOak in 2015, he was the Founder and General Partner of Mt. Weather Capital and a Managing Director at England and Company. His earlier career includes mergers and acquisitions roles at Salomon Smith Barney and CIBC World Markets, after starting as a CPA at Arthur Andersen. As Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Infusions, Johnson led the healthcare provider's expansion from 1 to 21 ambulatory infusion centers before securing a majority investment from Rubicon Founders. He holds a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland. With over 25 years of experience, his current focus remains on private equity investments and operating leadership within the healthcare services and diagnostics sectors.
