Prior to assuming her current role, she spent over five years operating as an investor at Venrex, evaluating early-stage technology companies across the broader European market. During her extensive tenure at Venrex, Fleming accumulated more than six years of comprehensive venture capital experience, actively sitting on corporate boards and providing strategic operational support to a diverse range of portfolio companies. She recently transitioned to the dedicated pre-seed investment team at Octopus Ventures and is currently scheduled to participate as a speaker at the upcoming London Tech Week 2026.
