Tiko Bdoyan is the Founder of Soma Lab, an educational technology startup based in San Francisco, United States. Founded in 2024 alongside co-founder Vrishank Saini, the company develops artificial intelligence simulations for clinical and medical training. Soma Lab participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch and rapidly scaled to a seven-person team, achieving $5,000 in monthly recurring revenue and acquiring 2,500 users within three weeks of its initial launch. Prior to establishing his current venture, Bdoyan served as a lead machine learning researcher in a bioinformatics laboratory at the Luddy School of Informatics. He is an alumnus of the University of Chicago, where he previously competed as a varsity wrestler.
