Tiffany Rech

Tiffany Rech is the Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Learning at Bain Capital. She joined the alternative investment firm in 2019 to oversee investor education, leadership development, and professional training initiatives. Prior to this role, Rech spent over 10 years at Bain & Company, where she transitioned from client-facing consulting to global talent leadership. During her tenure there, she launched the Bain Career Advisory program and directed training curriculum strategy, having previously started her career in strategy consulting at Monitor Group in Canada. She holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Cornell University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in biology and an Honors Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario. Her career centers on designing specialized talent development and coaching frameworks for professionals across the venture capital and management consulting sectors.
