Thomaz Srougi

Thomaz Srougi is the founder and chair of Dr. Consulta, a leading healthcare technology company based in São Paulo, Brazil. Under his executive leadership, the medical provider has scaled its clinical operations across multiple Brazilian states to address healthcare accessibility and secured $170 million in total venture funding. The enterprise is backed by a syndicate of prominent institutional investors, including Madrone Capital Partners, Omidyar Network, Kamaroopin, and KaszeK Ventures. Prior to building this health tech platform, Srougi developed a diverse background intersecting competitive swimming, public policy education, and social entrepreneurship.
