Thomasina H. Williams

Thomasina H. Williams is an Investor at Plum Alley Investments based in Orlando, Florida. In this role, she allocates capital to early-stage frontier technology, biotechnology, and climate solutions founded by women and gender-diverse entrepreneurs. Concurrently, she serves as the Founder and Principal Consultant of Sankofa Legacy Advisors, where she advises business-owning families on generational wealth, leadership development, and family dynamics. Her previous corporate and philanthropic experience includes serving as the first Family Dynamics Consultant at Wells Fargo Private Bank and working as a Program Officer at the Ford Foundation from 2005 to 2011. An award-winning lawyer who established the first Black-owned corporate law firm in Miami, she has also held a board seat at SIY Global since March 2022. Williams leverages her legal and philanthropic background to support family enterprises and fund early-stage medical breakthroughs.
