Thomas Wilke

Thomas Wilke is a Partner at 42CAP, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage B2B technology investments across the European market. Prior to his transition into institutional venture capital, he served as a founding investor and co-founder of eCircle alongside Alex Meyer. Together, they scaled the enterprise into one of the largest SaaS companies in Europe before successfully selling the highly profitable business. In his current capacity, Wilke is actively involved in structuring 42CAP's fourth fund generation, a capital formation process that was recently advised by the corporate law firm YPOG. His investment strategy targets seed-stage founding teams developing product-driven, data-focused models across emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, space technology, distributed ledger technology, and quantum computing.
