Thomas Minassian

Thomas Minassian is the CEO and co-founder of Dollyglot, an artificial intelligence startup based between Paris, France, and San Francisco, California. Founded in 2024 with a two-person team, the company develops real-time video avatars and text-to-speech models, recently securing backing from Y Combinator for its Winter 2025 batch. Under his leadership, Dollyglot built Parler-TTS Mini Multilingual, recognized as the first fully multilingual open-source text-to-speech model. Before launching his current venture, Minassian worked as a quantitative analyst at Société Générale and previously served as the CEO of Quantum Squadra. He holds master's degrees in applied mathematics and business from HEC Paris and the University of Paris 7, alongside a prior academic affiliation with UC Berkeley. His current professional focus centers on leveraging advanced applied mathematics to build fully integrated AI companies and intelligent consumer platforms.
