Thomas Mangas

Thomas Mangas is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Centerfire Capital, LLC, an advisory and investment firm focused on consumer service businesses. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the International Car Wash Group, managing a global portfolio of approximately 900 retail locations. Before that, Mangas was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, and held executive leadership positions at Armstrong World Industries. He currently serves as a board director for Ultra Clean Car Wash and Curacity, leveraging his extensive background in corporate finance and operations. Mangas holds bachelor's degrees in economics and history from the University of Virginia. His current focus centers on guiding private equity and venture capital investments through strategic scaling, mergers, acquisitions, and long-term capital allocation within the consumer services sector.
