Thomas Kindler

Thomas Kindler is currently a Partner at Blue Horizon Corporation, where he actively invests in and advises early-stage global food technology and alternative protein startups. With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a transaction specialist and venture builder, he focuses on scaling companies across the agriculture, food processing, and plant-based meat sectors. In addition to his primary investment responsibilities, Kindler currently serves as a supervisory board member for the plant-based dairy company New Roots. Prior to his current venture capital career, he developed extensive legal expertise, earning a doctorate in law from the University of Bern and a master's degree in international corporate law from Georgetown University. His combined legal foundation and operational background enable him to structure complex corporate transactions while accelerating the commercial growth of sustainable alternative protein enterprises.
