Thomas Jueng

Thomas Jueng is the Senior Managing Director at Samsung Ventures America, based in Silicon Valley, California. In this role, he oversees investments across the mobile ecosystem, artificial intelligence, and enterprise solutions, contributing to a fund with over $2.5 billion in assets under management that deploys approximately $200 million annually. His venture capital portfolio includes board observer and investor roles at various technology companies such as Niantic, Moloco, Jitterbit, and Vicarious. Before joining Samsung, Jueng was an early member at Xiaomi, held global strategy positions at SK Telecom, and co-founded two technology startups in Asia. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School. Jueng currently focuses on utilizing his engineering background and international operational experience to identify early-stage technology enterprises across global markets.
