Thomas Dowling

Thomas Dowling is the Co-founder of FullSeam, an artificial intelligence platform for automating B2B billing and accounting, and serves as a commissioner for the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. He previously co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of TaxProper, a property tax software company for real estate investors that was acquired by Opendoor in 2022. Following the acquisition, Dowling transitioned to a Director role at Opendoor while continuing his public service career, which previously included advising the Mayor of Chicago. A Rhodes Scholar, he earned a Master of Science from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from the University of Illinois in 2018. His current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline financial operations and accounting processes for enterprise clients through his Y Combinator-backed venture.
