Thomas D. Lehrman

Thomas D. Lehrman is the Managing Partner of Teamworthy Ventures, operating out of both the New York City area and Nashville. Prior to his current venture capital role, he co-founded and served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). His earlier career includes public service as the Director of the Office of WMD Terrorism for the United States federal government. Lehrman transitioned into these executive leadership roles following his graduation from Duke University and Yale Law School. At Teamworthy Ventures, he has directed a portfolio of 52 total investments across the seed, early, and growth stages, backing notable consumer and enterprise software companies including SeatGeek. Today, his primary investment focus remains on providing capital to early-stage software-enabled services and technology platforms operating within specialized sectors like the leisure and travel industries.
