Thomas Bailey

Thomas Bailey is a Venture Partner at Notation Capital and a General Partner at Road Capital Management, where he directs institutional capital toward early-stage blockchain startups. Before transitioning to the cryptocurrency sector, he began his career in traditional finance as an Analyst at Miller Buckfire in 2010 and subsequently spent over three years as an Analyst at Perry Capital from January 2012 to June 2015. The Stanford Graduate School of Business alumnus has also managed investments through Four Arrow Ventures since April 2014. As an active angel investor and strategic advisor, Bailey has built a portfolio of high-profile digital asset companies, securing early equity stakes in Starkware, Bakkt, BitGo, Bitmain, and Bison Trails. His current professional focus remains on cryptoeconomic evaluation, proof-of-work mining infrastructure, and the advancement of digital financial instruments across the broader blockchain ecosystem.
