Thiago Maluf

Thiago Maluf is a Managing Director and Partner at Igah Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm integrated into Patria Investments, based in São Paulo, Brazil. Before joining the firm in 2017, he spent nine years working in private equity at TPG Capital, TPG Growth, Kinea Investimentos, and AIG Investments in Brazil. Over his 19-year financial career, he has executed investments in 15 early-stage companies, including Avenue Securities, Conexa Saúde, and Ambar, frequently co-investing alongside global firms like SoftBank and General Atlantic. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Currently, Maluf focuses on end-to-end investment execution, portfolio monitoring, and operational guidance across the Latin American technology sector, holding active director seats on more than ten corporate boards.
