Theresia Gouw

Theresia Gouw is a Founding Partner at Acrew Capital based in Palo Alto, California. Before launching Acrew in 2019, she spent 15 years at Accel Partners as its first female managing general partner and subsequently co-founded Aspect Ventures in 2014. Her venture capital career includes an initial public offering with Trulia, and she currently retains approximately eight million shares from Accel's 2005 early investment in Facebook. At Acrew Capital, she oversees early-stage investments ranging from $1 million to $20 million and manages the firm's Diversify Capital Fund targeting late-stage companies. In 2024, she expanded her portfolio beyond the technology sector by joining a consortium to acquire a minority stake in the Buffalo Bills. Gouw currently focuses on early-stage data and security startups while actively working to increase diversity across the venture capital ecosystem.
