Thanasi Tsiodras

Thanasi Tsiodras is the Chair of the Board and Investment Committee at Halo Health and a Venture Partner at Genesis Ventures. A certified emergency physician with clinical experience dating back to 2009, he previously served as an early physician hire at Dialogue Technologies before its acquisition by Sunlife. Tsiodras transitioned from public markets to private venture capital, notably securing an exit through his investment in Spotify's 2017 initial public offering. He has been an active investor with Canada's physician angel group Halo Health since 2020, assuming his board position in 2023, and participates in regional angel networks. At Genesis Ventures, he contributes to a fund recognized among the five most active early-stage investors in Europe.
