Thaisa Miyazaki

Thaisa Miyazaki is a Principal at Kaszek Ventures, a venture capital firm based in São Paulo, Brazil. In her current role at the firm, which has between 11 and 50 employees, she focuses on seed, Series A, and Series B investments across technology startups in Latin America. Prior to joining Kaszek, Miyazaki worked as a Management Consultant at Kearney and completed a revenue management traineeship at Grupo Boticário. She holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná and an engineering degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Her investment work recently earned her recognition on the LAVCA Emerging Women Investors in Latin America lists for both 2023 and 2024. Miyazaki leverages her technical background and strategic consulting experience to identify and support emerging, industry agnostic technology companies throughout the Latin American market.
