Terrance Orr

Terrance Orr is a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners and the Founder and CEO of Next Anomaly Group, an investment and advisory firm. Since 2025, he has served as a Strategic Advisor and Executive in Residence at Nclude Capital, and he will join the Watson Institute Philippines as an Entrepreneur in Residence starting in 2026. Previously, Orr worked as an Operating Partner at Mach49, an Entrepreneur in Residence at SAP.iO, and a Venture Partner at the investment platform Republic. He holds a Master of Science in Law from Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law, studied at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and maintains active advisory roles at Techstars and Antler. His professional career focuses on early-stage venture investing, corporate innovation, and ecosystem development to expand capital access for underestimated founders across six continents.
