Tejas Maniar

Tejas Maniar is a Partner at Mayfield Fund, where he drives firm-wide strategy and enterprise investments. In his current capacity, he oversees planning, best practices, and hiring for the venture capital firm while serving as a board observer for portfolio companies including SmartRecruiters, Skilljar, Cube Software, and Mammoth Biosciences. Prior to joining Mayfield, Maniar held leadership roles at Google, directing strategy, analytics, and special projects teams for the chief executive officer. His early career encompasses experience in executive search, management consulting, and serving on the founding team of an IT consulting startup that was ultimately acquired. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from UC San Diego. Maniar currently focuses on guiding enterprise technology investments and scaling venture firm operations.
