Ted Power

Ted Power is the CEO and co-founder of Versa, an automated receipt delivery startup based in New York. Under his leadership, the company participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2022 batch and subsequently secured $2.5 million in funding to develop IRS-ready and VAT-valid receipt solutions for corporate travelers and finance teams. Prior to launching Versa, Power co-founded the expense management software platform Abacus, which was backed by Y Combinator in 2014 and later acquired by Emburse. Following this acquisition, he served as the Chief Product Officer at Emburse, building upon his earlier professional experience in user experience design at Google and product roles at Venmo and Foursquare. A scheduled speaker at the Business Travel Show US 2026, his current work focuses on reducing friction in corporate travel and expense management through advanced fintech automation.
