Ted Gillick Jr.

Ted Gillick Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Dell Technologies and Vice President at Dell Technologies Capital, based in Boston, Massachusetts. He leads the global mergers and acquisitions practice, having executed over $30 billion in transactions across the technology and media sectors throughout his career. Before joining Dell through its 2016 acquisition of EMC, he held senior corporate development roles at Avid Technology and worked as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital between 2004 and 2009. At Dell Technologies Capital, he helps oversee a venture portfolio that has deployed over $1.7 billion into enterprise startups, including recent 2025 investments in Irregular's $80 million Series A funding round. The MIT Sloan School of Management graduate currently focuses on driving strategic investments and executing complex corporate transactions within the enterprise technology ecosystem.
