Ted Breyer

Ted Breyer is a Partner at the venture capital firm Breyer Capital, where he leads the investment firm's fintech investing initiatives and supports early-stage technology founders. In this capacity, he directs capital toward emerging markets and innovative platforms, having led strategic investments in prominent companies such as Circle, ZenBusiness, Chia, TapTap Send, and Charm Industrial. Beyond his primary venture capital responsibilities, Breyer possesses direct entrepreneurial experience within the digital asset space, co-founding the cryptocurrency recovery venture Atoka and establishing the cryptocurrency-focused investment fund Breyer Labs. His academic credentials include an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and a master's degree from Tsinghua University, where he completed his graduate studies as a designated Schwarzman Scholar.
