Ted Blosser

Ted Blosser is the co-founder and CEO of WorkRamp, an enterprise learning management system provider based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Under his executive leadership, the software platform has secured more than $70 million in venture funding and expanded its enterprise client base to over 5,000 customers, achieving 100 percent year-over-year growth in early 2025. Before launching WorkRamp, he co-founded and served as the CEO of Ampush, a social marketing technology platform that successfully scaled to exceed $50 million in annual recurring revenue prior to its corporate acquisition. Earlier in his technology career, the Stanford University alumnus held various product management and software engineering positions at Ancestry.com and LinkedIn. Blosser currently focuses on integrating artificial intelligence features like RampGPT into enterprise software, driving sales enablement, and scaling B2B SaaS platforms across competitive global markets.
