Taylor McLemore is the Chief Operating Officer of Tilt, an employee leave technology company, and the founder of the Human Potential Summit. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at Techstars, where he launched the firm's Workforce Development Accelerator, and worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Stand Together. McLemore also founded Patriot Boot Camp, a veteran entrepreneurship organization that was acquired by the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in 2021, and co-founded the coding school Codeable. Additionally, he was the Managing Director of the venture studio Able. In addition to his operating roles, he chairs the Colorado PERA Board of Trustees, serves as an advisor to SHRM Labs, and co-chairs the DAV National Veterans Entrepreneurship Council. His career focuses on venture building, workforce development, and scaling operations within the education technology and human resources sectors.
