Tate McNeilly

Tate McNeilly is a Director at Lead Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nashville native originally joined the investment firm in 2014 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South. In his current capacity, he is responsible for managing all phases of the firm's investment lifecycle, which includes leading deal origination, conducting comprehensive due diligence, executing financial transactions, and overseeing portfolio management. As part of his ongoing governance responsibilities, McNeilly currently serves on the board of directors for four active portfolio companies, specifically Family Ties Enterprises, Ladd Dental Group, Viva Day + Med Spa, and Lieberman Research. His professional background and current investment focus remain entirely dedicated to sourcing, acquiring, and scaling lower middle market healthcare services businesses across the United States.
